Phillip Morgan of Roanoke VA runs a so-so estate sales service that he basically inherited from his mother (she ran good ethical sales), but the apple apparently fell very far from the tree in the case of Phillip Morgan.
A simple Google search shows he has multiple complaints filed against him and lawsuits involving but not limited to Bouncing Checks to clients, not paying people for the stuff he sold of theirs. He has been known to allegedly steal personal property from the estate sales he runs and selling the items "on the side" or on ebay. He purportedly allows several people to come in and buy rare expensive items CHEAP for fast cash before sales.

Phillip has been overheard bragging about not paying taxes and skimming sales taxes from his sales!
He posts negative things about his own estate sales customers all over facebook and engages in ANTI-AMERICAN CHAT.
Think Twice about supporting this guys Estate Sales. If you stop going to his sales he will fold and no longer be able to ripoff the estate owners and run his Shoddy business.
